Busy baker back in the bakeshop

I just got back from NYC trying to get some new ideas for the bake shop. I will be trying a new carmel cupcake next week that should be great for the fall. The busy baker will be using seasonal items such as apples, cranberries, pumpkins and nuts for fall menu sweets. If you have a special item that you would like to share please let me know.
